As part of Phase A of the project, TLMTI intends to commission a Local Impact Assessment (LIA). The assessment will establish a baseline, identify key risks and opportunities within the soy-to-tempeh value chain, and generate evidence-based recommendations to inform the development of a Phase B Action Plan.
The assessment is expected to map the value chain and its stakeholders, establish a baseline on key social sustainability themes, analyse risks and opportunities and their root causes, and provide practical recommendations for future interventions.
