Name of Designation: Mental Health Counselor cum field mobilizer
(Only Female Candidate) .

Location: Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.

Education Qualification & Experience:
? MSW or BSW, Psychology, or Counseling
? Minimum 6 months of experience in mental health, social work, or
community programs (Fresher also eligible).
? Basic knowledge of digital tools and mental health screening methods.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
? Conducting mental health screenings in a safe and private environment,
? Doing assessment and appropriate guidance to adolescents for furthe
support.
? Engage adolescent girls in a private, one-at-a-time setting ensuring comfort
and confidentiality
? Build rapport with duty bearers through active listening and supportive
communication
? Review relevant physical health findings impacting mental well-being.
? Document behavioral observations and obtain required participant
consent/signatures
? Guide participants on available support services when needed
? Assist Program Coordinator and mentality of doing team work.
? Good documentation and reporting skills.
? Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
? Fluency in Bengali and basic English communication
