Summary:
Support the Head - Education and Senior Manager Education in managing the
school co-curriculars, NIOS and community integration program
Responsibilities:

NIOS Section Management:
- Work with stakeholders to ensure 100% parent coordination for NIOS related
queries/ information and smooth executive during NIOS examination
- Ensure timely update on NIOS portal/ documents

Co-curriculars and Community Integration Program
- Plan and coordinate with events committee for co-curricular activities as the
annual calendar
- Planning & execution for Sports Day & Annual Day with the Sr Manager
- Smooth functioning of CAS activities in the school, coordination with the Sr
- Manager for class Allocation and maintaining daily attendance of students
- Coordinate with Manager (section wise) for planning and executing of CIP
- Coordinate with Sr Manager with external events and competitions

Team Management:
- Engage with teachers in planning and coordinating for any school co-
curricular activities
- Ensure effective and engaging interactions between co-curricular teachers
and parent/caretaker

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education (ID) with 8-10 years of experience
including managing teachers
- Proficient in MS-office- excel, powerpoint and google drive.
- Can read, write and speak English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
- Manage change, resilient, quick learner and team player
