Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments of children's sensory integration, motor skills, and physical abilities, and develop individualised physiotherapy plans tailored to each child's needs.

2. Implement and regularly review treatment programs, including quarterly reassessments, and modify interventions to support the child's progress and functional development.

3. Collaborate closely with parents, special educators, and other professionals by providing guidance, sharing strategies, and recommending appropriate orthotic or prosthetic aids and therapeutic techniques.

4. Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports and case studies, and ensure consistent follow-up on therapy recommendations across all Muskan Foundation centres.

5. Support the overall functioning of the therapy department by managing therapy equipment, identifying additional resource requirements, and assisting with admissions, enquiries, and parent communication.

6. Participate actively in staff meetings, program development initiatives, organizational events, and uphold the confidentiality and professional standards of Muskan Foundation.
