Under the MEP Skilling Program, Pratham is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to support skill training initiatives in Chaibasa, Jharkhand.

#Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training to trainees from batch commencement to completion.

Conduct theory, practical, demonstration, and hands-on sessions.

Maintain trainee attendance, progress reports, assessments, and training records.
Provide counselling, mentoring, and career guidance to trainees.

Ensure discipline, participation, and effective learning in the training center.

Update training data, reports, and documentation regularly.

Coordinate with the Center Head, Master Trainer, and project team for smooth implementation.

Support placement preparation and industry linkage activities.

Document training activities, success stories, photographs, and case studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical.

CITS / TOT Certification in the relevant trade will be preferred.

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in skill training, technical training, or industry.

Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and online training tools.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

#Technical Skills Required

Mechanical systems installation and maintenance.

Electrical systems, wiring, and installation.
Plumbing fixtures, pipelines, and water supply systems.

Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.

#Salary

?20,000 – ?24,000 per month (Including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other benefits)

#Preferred Candidate

Candidates having prior experience in skill development projects, vocational training, NSDC/Skill India programs, or CSR-funded projects will be preferred.
Local candidates from Jharkhand will be given preference.
