CARE Foundation is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented MIS Manager to strengthen data systems, project monitoring, and digital reporting across our health programmes. About the Role

The MIS Manager will play a key role in managing project information systems, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting digital innovations, and strengthening monitoring processes across project locations. The selected candidate will work closely with programme teams to ensure that data collected from the field is timely, reliable, and useful for programme planning and reporting.

Desired Profile

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline.
2. Has at least one year of experience in MIS, monitoring & evaluation, data management, or programme reporting.
3. Is comfortable working with large datasets and digital reporting systems.
4. Has experience in the development sector, public health programmes, or NGOs (preferred).
5. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Has working knowledge of platforms such as KoBoToolbox, REDCap, Epicollect, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
7. Communicates effectively in English and the local language.
8. Can coordinate with diverse stakeholders and work independently when required.
9. Is willing to travel regularly within Gujarat for field monitoring and support.
