About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive VTP MIS Assistant to support the management and monitoring of project data, reporting systems, and team coordination activities. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate project records, designing and managing reporting tools, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & MIS
•Maintain and update all data related to the VTP project.
•Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of project records.
•Generate periodic MIS reports and project performance summaries.
Dashboard & Reporting
•Develop and maintain funder-wise dashboards for project monitoring and reporting.
•Design and manage reporting formats using Google Sheets and other digital applications.
•Create data visualizations, trackers, and performance reports for management review.
Coordination & Communication
•Coordinate with project teams for timely collection and validation of data.
•Follow up with stakeholders regarding pending reports and updates.
•Draft and manage formal communications, emails, and documentation related to project activities.

Process Improvement
•Support automation and streamlining of reporting processes wherever possible.
•Suggest improvements in data management systems and reporting mechanisms.
Required Skills
•Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and MIS reporting.
•Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with MIS, Data Management, Commerce, Statistics, or related backgrounds).
Previous experience in MIS, project reporting, or data management roles will be an advantage.

Remuneration range is Rs.20, 000 – Rs. 23,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
