Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation Officer
Place of Work :CINI Head Office at Pailan, West Bengal with travel to other districts for regular monitoring and supervision
Reporting To: Programme Manager (H&N)
Department: Health & Nutrition
No. of Vacancies: 1 (One)
Project/Programme: Prevent and reduce malnutrition and provide training for Anganwadi workers and nutrition professionals
Contractual Period: Till, February 2027. (To be extended based on extension of the project)
Consolidated Remuneration: upto Rs 60000/- per month (based on experience)

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
A) QUALIFICATION:
i) ESSENTIAL: Post Graduate or higher qualification in Biostatistics/ Statistics/ Epidemiology/ Demography/ Economics/ Public health/ Social sciences. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power point. Knowledge of SPSS, Stata, R or any other statistical package will be desirable.
ii) PREFERABLE: Preference will be given to the candidates passed out in Statistics/Demography.
B) AGE: 32 - 45 yrs
C) LANGUAGES KNOWN: Excellent communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Bengali and Hindi is desirable
2. EXPERIENCE (Please specify the field): Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the social development sector with 2-3 years as M&E /documentation position holders
3. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Designing of project log frame including monitoring and reporting indicators of health-based projects with support from Programme Manager
ii. Developing project monitoring and reporting tools at different levels to measure project progress
iii. Monitoring the core and performance indicators of the project on regular basis and report back to Senior Management team
iv. Ensure quality in data collection and analysis process for conducting baseline, end line or midterm reviews
v. Documentation of the project, including generating case studies, process documentation, and documenting good practices from the field
vi. Document all types of reports and minutes related to field visit, training, workshop etc.
vii. Undertake regular field visits to assess the systems and verify data as well as support field staffs in project implementation
viii. Support and capacitate project staff on MIS & documentation and other technical components as required
ix. Support in developing IEC/BCC materials based on the project need
x. Timely compilation, analysis and submission of MIS report
xi. Write and compile content for public awareness products such as, brochures, newsletters, case studies etc.
xii. Respond to requests from donor, organization & Govt. for additional information/ data
xiii. Any other need-based work as specified by the organization
