About Us

Dashrath Putra Foundation (www.RadheySewa.com) is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to creating a visible impact through our core pillars:

Animal Sewa (including our Street Defenders rescue and puppy adoption drives), Human Sewa (digital literacy and aid), Sanatan Sewa and Nature Sewa. We believe in direct action, and we are looking for energetic Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising Executives to join our field team and act as the public face of our foundation.

Role Overview

As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Executive, you will work outdoors in high-footfall areas, corporate hubs, malls, and public events. Your primary role is to approach members of the public, engage them in meaningful conversations about our on-ground missions, and inspire them to become regular monthly or one-time donors. This is an active, field-based role perfect for highly confident individuals who love interacting with people and thrive in an energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Public Engagement: Approach and pitch to individuals in public spaces, events, and corporate areas, explaining the impact of our foundation's work.
Donor Acquisition: Educate potential supporters on our specific projects (like street animal medical aid and eco-preservation) and secure on-the-spot financial commitments.
Target Driven Performance: Meet daily and weekly interaction and donor acquisition targets set by the fundraising team.
Brand Representation: Act as an ethical, polite, and enthusiastic ambassador for the foundation, maintaining high standards of public presentation.
Data & Payment Management: Assist donors with secure digital payment processes (via Razorpay links/QR codes) and ensure accurate logging of donor contact details.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Prior experience in F2F fundraising, street fundraising, direct sales, hospitality, event management, or field marketing is highly preferred. Passionate freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Communication: Exceptional conversational skills. Must be fluent in Hindi; a working knowledge of English is highly advantageous.

Stamina & Resilience: Comfort working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods. Ability to handle rejection with a positive, polite attitude.
Personality: Extroverted, empathetic, highly confident, and deeply aligned with animal welfare and community service.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) minimum, Graduates preferred.

Schedule & Working Conditions

Day shift (Field hours vary based on event/location timing)
6 days a week (Requires flexibility to work on weekends, which are peak donor days)
