TRI, in partnership with Maharashtra Village Social Transformation Foundation (MVSTF) under Mission Anandi, is strengthening health systems to improve early detection and care for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and priority cancers. As a Health Planner Community Mobilization, you will work with frontline health workers, community institutions, and government stakeholders to improve health outcomes in rural and tribal communities.

- Support block-level planning and implementation of community-based NCD interventions.
- Build the capacity of ASHAs, ANMs, AWWs, and other frontline health workers.
- Mobilize SHGs, VOs, VHSNCs, and PRI institutions to improve screening uptake and treatment adherence.
- Support community awareness and behaviour change initiatives on NCD prevention and early detection.
- Monitor programme performance, screening coverage, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with NHM, SRLM, and block-level stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and referral systems.
- Document best practices and support the adoption of digital tracking and feedback mechanisms.
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in public health or community development programmes.
- Experience in NCD, RMNCH, nutrition, or primary healthcare programmes preferred.
- Familiarity with NHM and/or SRLM systems.
- Strong community mobilisation, coordination, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in rural or tribal areas will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned blocks.
This is a third-party payroll position and is initially set till January 2028.
