I Create India a not- for-profit organization (Registered Trust) is celebrating its silver jubilee this year. It has helped create more than 4,600 entrepreneurs in the country in last two and a half decades.
Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV) and I Create India have entered into an MOU for establishing many BICs (Business Incubation Centers) in the country to help the retiring army veterans, who want to embark on their entrepreneurship journey, with training, mentoring and handholding.
Position: Facilitators cum Coordinators for our Business Incubation Centres for Army Veterans
Locations : Bangalore, Secunderabad, Shillong
We are looking for candidates who have:
- MSW/NGO work experience in livelihood and entrepreneurship training
- Minimum 2-3 years’ Experience in Organizing and Executing Trainings /Workshops, Data Analysis and Documentation
- Experience in conducting training programs.
- Basic Computer Skills – Excel, Word.
- Have good communication and writing skills in Hindi and English.
- Excited to be part of entrepreneurship journey of Army Veterans.
- An interest in training the army servicemen.
Selected candidates will be trained in using the unique I Create Methodology and Content.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with designated Point of contact (POC) for Outreach and conducting
- I Create Entrepreneurship Development Programs
- Conduct training/ workshops
- Responsible for all the training logistics.
- Mentoring of Business Plan and Handholding
- Suggest suitable Govt./Bank schemes for funding and educate the protégé.
- Maintaining database of the beneficiaries for periodic follow ups.
- Compilation of all reports.
- Maintain office records, files and various other Admin related work.
Remuneration: Around 3.5-3.8 lakhs CTC per annum and Performance incentive.
