Job Title: Staff – Women Empowerment & Health Van Program
Location: Jaipur ,Barmer (field Work)
Salary: Rs 35,000 per month
Gender: Male /Female (Both can apply)
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Support implementation of Women Empowerment and Healthvan program activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Handle project budgeting and financial planning.
• Manage data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel.
• Design presentations, posters, and communication materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with field teams and conduct field visits when required.
• Maintain records, project documentation, and MIS.
• Assist in donor reporting and proposal writing.
• Support training, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Required Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong skills in Canva/designing
• Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets
• Comfortable with both field work and computer-based work
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills
Qualification
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related field
• Relevant experience in women empowerment or development sector preferred
