Job Title: Project Coordinator

Project: Anemia Reduction through Awareness and Package of Interventions – A Multi-Sectoral, Community-Driven Approach

Location: Bharno Block, Gumla District, Jharkhand

Salary: ?40,000/- per month

Project Duration: FY 2026–27

Qualification & Experience
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Health, Sociology, Nutrition, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation, community development, health, nutrition, or related development sector programs.
Experience in team management, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting.
Age Requirement
25–40 years
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate overall project implementation in the project area.
Supervise and support Nutrition Counsellors, Health Worker-cum-Facilitators, MIS Coordinator, and Accountant.
Develop implementation plans and ensure timely achievement of project targets.
Coordinate with government departments, health institutions, Panchayati Raj Institutions, SHGs, and community leaders.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality implementation of activities.
Review field reports, analyze project data, and prepare progress reports for management and donors.
Organize review meetings, trainings, awareness campaigns, and community events.
Ensure proper utilization of project resources and compliance with organizational policies.
Facilitate documentation of best practices, success stories, and project outcomes.
Required Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent planning, monitoring, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
Ability to work effectively with communities and government stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively within the project area.
