* **Job Opportunity – Project Coordinator (Full Time)**

**Position:** Project Coordinator
**Vacancy:** 1
**Location:** Taljai Vasahat, Pune
**Salary:** ?28,000 – ?30,000 CTC per month

We are looking for a committed and experienced **Project Coordinator** to manage and support youth-focused community development project activities.

**Qualification:**
* MSW / MA (Social Work / Related Field)
* Experience in Youth Development Projects preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Mobilization of youth, children, and community members for project activities
* Manage day-to-day implementation of project activities
* Supervise field activities and **coordinate with field staff for effective project execution**
* Prepare activity plans and ensure timely execution
* Coordinate with parents, schools, community leaders, and local stakeholders
* Monitor participation and engagement of beneficiaries
* Ensure child protection, safety, and ethical standards
* Maintain records, collect data, and prepare project reports
* Support team development and provide regular guidance

**Required Skills:**
* Good communication & community mobilization skills
* Field project management experience
* Experience working with youth/community programs
* Documentation and reporting skills
