For a Dresser (Healthcare/Medical) Trainer, the commonly required eligibility is:

• Educational qualification: Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Medical Sciences, or related healthcare field (such as ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Medical Graduate).

• Experience: Generally 1–5 years relevant experience in hospitals, dressing rooms, patient care, or healthcare services. Skill development project experience is preferred.

• Trainer certification: For skill-development programs (UPSDM/PMKVY), trainer certification for the job role Dresser (Medical) – HSS/Q3004 is often preferred or required.

• Additional skills:

Practical demonstration skills

Communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Documentation and classroom management skills

And one computer teacher qualification - pgdca or equal
