Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience, preferably with non-profit organizations or in a similar role.
Key Job Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with donor restrictions and statutory laws.
Grant & Project Management: Track project expenditures against budgets, allocate costs, and prepare financial reports for donors.
Bookkeeping & Transactions: Process accounts payable/receivable, manage cash flow, and reconcile bank statements.
Audit Preparation: Coordinate and support external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
Budgeting: Assist in creating, monitoring, and updating organizational and project-specific budgets.
