Educational Qualification and Experience
• Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Public Health, or any related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational qualification
• 3 Years work Experience in HIV Programmes, community health and counselling
• Experience of working with CSC, TI, or community-based organisation is desirable.
• Persons Living with/KP individual with relevant programme experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preference
Preference shall be given to:
• Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV).
• Members of affected communities or KP individual
• Individuals with previous experience in Index Testing, HIV counselling, or Community-Based Screening (CBS

The Index Testing Coordinator shall receive a fixed monthly remuneration Rs 12000.00 as approved under the project.

Travel for field activities shall be reimbursed as per the project norms and approved budget
