Position: OT Assistant / OT Coordinator
Location: Bhabhua, Bihar
Organization: Healthy Folks of India Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in pre-operative (Pre-OT) patient preparation and documentation.
- Support surgeons, doctors, and OT staff during surgical procedures.
- Ensure availability, cleanliness, and sterilization of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Maintain OT records, patient files, and surgery-related documentation.
- Conduct post-operative (Post-OT) patient follow-up and coordinate care instructions.
- Assist in organizing and managing health camps, including patient registration and logistics.
- Manage medicine inventory and ensure availability of required consumables.
- Support stock management of surgical instruments and medical supplies.
- Coordinate with patients, attendants, and healthcare staff for smooth OT operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel for camps and outreach activities when required.
