Pavitra Atma Sevika Sangh’s Vishwas Project has been working since 2003 for the social, economic, and overall empowerment of people living with HIV. Likewise, the CSC Vihaan Project has been serving the community since 2015. At present, we are working in collaboration with GSNP+ through the Vihaan Project to ensure a more coordinated, inclusive, and impactful approach, with the objective of providing better support, empowerment, and opportunities for individuals affected by HIV.

Position: Index Testing Coordinator
Duty Station: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
* Remuneration
12,000/- per month (Fixed)
Performance-based incentives (as per project norms)
Travel reimbursement for approved field visits
* Eligibility
Graduate in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Public Health, or any related discipline.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HIV programs, community health, counseling, or outreach.
Experience with CSC, TI, CBO, or PLHIV programs is desirable.
PLHIV and Key Population (KP) candidates with relevant program experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

* Key Responsibilities

Partner identification and confidential counseling.
Community-Based HIV Screening (CBS) and referral for confirmatory testing. Linkage of HIV-positive clients to ART centers.
Coordination with CSCs, ICTCs, ART Centres, DAPCU, SACS, CBOs, TI projects, and PLHIV networks.
Documentation, reporting, and achievement of monthly program targets.

Preference will be given to:

Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV)
Members of Key Populations (KP)
Candidates with experience in Index Testing, HIV Counselling, or Community-Based Screening (CBS)
