What You’ll Be Doing

1. Plans, coordinates, implements and oversees documentation for multiple projects.
2. Ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with programme goals.
3. Developing structured proposals, pitch decks, and budgets as per the needs of the organisation
4. Ensures end-to-end documentation for meetings, trainings and events; converts the data into high quality reports.
5. Builds and maintains relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and local networks
6. Supports the Pillar Lead and organisation with updates, reports, strategy inputs, and development of programme materials.

Who should apply?
1. Dedicated deeply to social justice, with a openess and compassion to work alongside sex workers, LGBTIAQ+ individuals, and PLHIV communities.
2. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and you know how to use them for documentation and writing strong proposals.
3. 2–3 years of experience in proposal development, project documentation, report writing, preferably in the NGO space.
4. Proficiency in Kannada or any other South Indian language is preferable.
