Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Implementation
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of activities in education, nutrition, livelihood, and community empowerment.
• Ensure timely beneficiary identification, verification, and enrolment in ASK and KK centres.
• Develop detailed activity plans and timelines in line with projects requirements.

2. Monitoring & Reporting
• Collect, compile, and analyse data from In-Classroom Trainers, Community Mobilizers, Block Coordinator and field staff.
• Submit fortnightly updates and monthly reports on classroom progress, nutrition outcomes, and Teacher, In-Classroom Trainers, Community Mobilizers, Block Coordinator performance.
• Document success stories, case studies, and testimonials to highlight program impact.
• Support preparation of records and compliance reports as required by guidelines.

3. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison between Nari Gunjan and community stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and trust-building.
• Organize structured mothers’ meetings, adolescent group sessions, and community awareness workshops to strengthen participation and empowerment.
• Promote stronger parent-child relationships through parenting modules and life skills training, fostering improved retention and holistic child development.
• Facilitate clear communication between field teams and ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
• Lead beneficiary identification and verification processes to guarantee inclusion of underprivileged and marginalized children, especially from the Mahadalits community.
• Actively engage parents and community members to build sustained support for education, nutrition, and adolescent empowerment initiatives through ASK and KK centres.

4. Staff & Team Coordination
• Supervise and support Teacher, In-Classroom Trainers, Community Mobilizers, Block Coordinator and other project staff.
• Ensure staff are trained, motivated, and aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

5. Documentation & Impact Stories
• Collect success stories, case studies, and testimonials from ASK and KK centres.
• Prepare impact documentation (reports, videos, presentations) for project visibility.
• Ensure branding guidelines (Projects) are followed in all project-related communication.

6. Government Schemes & Entitlements (Mahadalits Community Focus)
• Identify and track relevant Bihar government schemes (education, nutrition, health, livelihood, social security).
• Facilitate access to entitlements for Mahadalits community members, ensuring they benefit from available schemes.
• Support families in completing documentation, applications, and follow-up with government offices.
• Maintain records of beneficiaries accessing schemes and report progress and community stakeholders.
• Conduct awareness sessions to inform Mahadalits families about their rights and available entitlements.
• Document grievances and support resolution with local authorities.

7. Livelihood, Cleanliness & Community Empowerment
• Initiate and coordinate livelihood programs (skill-building, vocational training, micro-enterprise support) for Mahadalits families.
• Organize cleanliness and sanitation drives in local communities to promote health and hygiene.
• Engage adolescents (boys and girls) in ASK and KK centres through life skills, leadership, and empowerment activities.
• Foster community ownership and participation in education, livelihood, and sanitation initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Timely submission of reports and fund utilization certificates.
• Number of beneficiaries enrolled and verified in ASK and KK.
• Improvement in student attendance, nutrition, and learning outcomes.
• Quality and frequency of success stories documented.
• Effective coordination between trainers, mobilizers, staff, and donor representatives.
• Number of Mahadalits families successfully accessing government entitlements.
• Percentage of eligible families benefiting from schemes.
• Number of livelihood initiatives launched and participants engaged.
• Number of cleanliness/sanitation drives conducted.
• Number of adolescent empowerment sessions delivered.
• Number of grievances resolved successfully.

Required Qualifications
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in education initiatives.
• Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing teams and working with marginalized communities.
• Familiarity with government schemes and entitlements in Bihar.
• Experience in livelihood program design and community mobilization.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Remuneration
The position carries an honorarium of ?25,000 per month along with a travel allowance of ?5,000 per month, recognizing responsibilities and the need for mobility in fulfilling project objectives.
