Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work (in Medical and Psychiatric, Mental Health, counselling), Clinical Psychology, Human development, Public health, or any other relevant humanities. Minimum work experience of 2-4 years is desirable

Job requirements:
• Coordinate implementation of the program at the block level.
•Ensure smooth running of the program field office and manage the block level team comprising Tata Trusts staff as well as government personnel involved in program.
•Develop monthly work plans and handhold the block level team in implementing the work plan
• Ensure completion of EHR and all other reporting requirement of program
• Liaison with the health administration at Block Service point.
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of training program at block level
• Liaison with the community team on running all the community level protocols of the program
• Supervise the tasks of the community team and case management processes. Flag relevant issues of the program at senior level.
• To manage all the logistics support and stakeholder coordination required at block level for smooth running of program including availability of essential drugs.
• To arrange monthly meetings of ASHAs and CHWs in order to assess their work plans and execution
• To ensure documentation and timely reporting as per requirement of the program
• To undertake any other activity as per the guidance of the reporting manager and/or needs of the program
