Job profile of community mobilizer :

QUALIFICATION: BSW /graduation
EXPERIENCED : Fresher / 1-2 yr exp
PREFERENCE: Previous work experience in disability sector
SALARY: -15-18 K
REPORTING TO PROGRAM OFFICER
• Community mobilization in the target area.
• Regular follow-up with community volunteers
• Building awareness
• Ensure that every child/adult with disabilities should be on record, have access to rehabilitation services at the community level and not be deprived of their ‘Rights’ and ‘Entitlements’
• Record of Movements in the Movement Register
• Maintaining daily records
• Ensuring that operational guidelines are being followed.
• Ensure that a monthly work plan is in place with the proposed activities for implementation at the community level.
• Ensuring all beneficiaries are availing their rights and entitelments.
• Develop a monthly monitoring visit plan to the target homes and share the same with the concerned staff at the monthly meeting.
• Ensure that all the Community Volunteers carry their daily dairy formats to the field with the requisite material for distribution/demonstration.
• You are also required to fully coordinate with all staff and maintain and update all information with the undersigned.

Job profile of community physiotherapist / Occupational therapist:

QUALIFICATION: BPT /BOT /MPT/MOT
EXPERIENCED : Fresher / 1-2 yr exp
PREFERENCE: Previous work experience in disability sector
SALARY: -30 -35 K ( Negotiable)
REPORTING TO PROGRAM OFFICER
• Development of ‘Plan-of-Action’ for each beneficiary, assessment, regular follow-up in Field and centre
• Ensure training of care-givers/parents of children with disability for rehabilitation purposes
• Working for adaptation and modification required for children with disability
• Persons with disabilities to have increased access to ‘Rights’ and ‘Entitlements’ provided by different stakeholders including the government through increased awareness and knowledge concerning the ‘Rights’ and ‘Entitlements’ of persons with disabilities
• Support and provide therapy to children with disabilities in the target communities.
• Detailed assessment of children with disabilities and follow up assessment and record keeping of each beneficiary.
• Coordinate and participate in programme studies, reviews and evaluations and follow-up
• Preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual programme reports.
• Ensure that a monthly work plan is in place with the proposed activities for implementation at the community level.
• Develop a monthly monitoring visit plan to the target homes and share the same with the concerned staff at the monthly meeting.


Job profile of community Special educator:

QUALIFICATION: Bed sp education / Ded sp education
EXPERIENCED : Fresher / 1-2 yr exp
PREFERENCE: Previous work experience in disability sector
SALARY: -15-20 K
REPORTING TO PROGRAM OFFICER
To ensure effective delivery of services in the area of concern sufficient to achieve the objectives of this programme and inclusive educational services at the community level and full support at the CRRC level
• Development of a ‘Individual educational Plan of Action’ for each children with disability, his/ her reassessment, regular follow-up
• Support and provide education to children with disabilities in the target communities
• Ensure training of care-givers/parents of children with disability for inclusive education, rehabilitation and training purposes.
• Support in conducting sensitization workshop to mainstream MCD school teachers for inclusive education at community level.
• Coordinate and participate in sensitization campaign on inclusive education at community level.
• Working for teaching and learning material support required for children with disability
• Support to children with disabilities in the target communities for inclusive education in mainstream MCD schools.
• Support project implementation partners to generate periodical reports to be shared from time to time with donors. Analyse the report to improve programme quality and support in promoting institutional learning
• Coordinate and participate in programme studies, reviews and evaluations and follow-up
• Preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual programme reports.
• Ensure that a monthly work plan is in place with the proposed activities for implementation at the community level.
