CONTENT OF TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR)
1. Background:
UN ORGANIZATION India’s fundraising programme has been growing in recent years through diversification of channels. UN ORGANIZATION India has been growing acquisition as well as retention of donors and in the coming years, there is plan to grow it further with increasing efforts, initiatives and more innovation. In order to achieve these objectives, UN ORGANIZATION India uses various systems and fundraising channels, tools and platforms.
Additionally, the RMP section also works on various partnerships with private sector, foundations, National Committees, major donors with HNI and UNHI portfolio. We have increased our work within these verticals in the last four years with onboarding various partners who support our programs.
We need continuous communication with existing and potential donors and partners, for which we require carefully constructed and aesthetically designed communication materials. The focus is on accelerating digital scale-up by enabling more tests and variations, continuously adapting to a changing landscape, ensuring faster turnaround times (TAT), and building responsive, high-performing assets. A robust content engine needs to be established and kept actively running to avoid creative fatigue, with a strong emphasis on testing new styles, editing approaches, and narratives driven by evolving audience insights. Additionally, content needs to be developed to strengthen the brand building activities and positioning UN ORGANIZATION across social media channels, integrating organic, paid, and earned efforts to maximize reach, engagement, and overall impact.
One element of overall growth plan is the development of an internal Think Tank for the Marketing team. To achieve this, UN ORGANIZATION need to hire two, who can provide support to our Marketing team. Effective implementation of any marketing communication plan requires a designer who can conceptualize, design and develop engaging and effective creatives for different collaterals for UN ORGANIZATION India fundraising platforms. These individuals will be responsible for designing communication materials for various campaigns and individual projects – static and video materials that are effective and interesting.
