1. Program Manager (15 Positions)
Locations: Mumbai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad
Salary: Rs.3.5 – Rs.5 LPA (based on experience)
Expected Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Manage and train 5–20 Area Health Educators (AHEs), conducting three structured assessments annually.
• Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end implementation of health programs and client-funded campaigns.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with doctors, vendors, and local government authorities for program sustainability.
• Data Quality: Maintain a data issue rate of <5% and resolve field errors within 24 hours.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Graduate degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3–5 years in Program Management or Social Marketing (Health sector preferred)
• Must own a Two-Wheeler, Laptop, and Smartphone
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots/filters), PowerPoint, and Word
Note: Candidates must bring their own laptop for the interview process, as practical assessment may be conducted.
2. Area Health Educator (55 Positions)
Locations:
Mumbai (Ghatkopar, Kalyan, Thane, Dadar)
Andhra Pradesh (Vijayawada, Khammam)
Telangana (Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal)
Salary: Rs.2 – Rs.3 LPA (based on experience)
Expected Responsibilities:
• Field Execution: Deliver 100% of daily field plans; execute health campaigns in rural and peri-urban areas
• Target Discipline: Achieve 100% of daily targets, aiming to complete monthly goals by Week 3
• Community Engagement: Coordinate daily with doctors and Community Health Workers (CHWs)
• Reporting: Ensure 100% data accuracy in CRM updates and fulfill data requests within 24 hours
Mandatory Requirements:
• Graduate degree is mandatory
• Must own a Smartphone with active internet access
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Comfortable with 100% field travel and independent work in rural conditions
Critical Operational Standards
• Performance Planning: Staff must plan a 20% buffer over targets
• Attendance Policy: Zero-tolerance for unauthorized absences (Loss of Pay)
• Communication: All critical updates must be shared via disciplined email communication
