About TRI (Transform Rural India)

TRI, in partnership with Maharashtra Village Social Transformation Foundation (MVSTF) under Mission Anandi, is strengthening district health systems to improve early detection and care for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and priority cancers. As a Programme Anchor- Public Health, you will lead district-level implementation, strengthen government partnerships, and improve access to quality healthcare in rural communities.

What Will You Do?

Lead district and block-level screening programmes for NCDs and priority cancers.
Strengthen referral pathways and ensure effective use of digital tracking systems.
Coordinate with government departments, health facilities, and partner organizations.
Train and mentor frontline health workers (ASHAs, ANMs, CHOs).
Monitor programme quality, track performance, and prepare regular reports.
Manage screening camp operations, logistics, and compliance requirements.
Drive community awareness and mobilization to improve screening uptake and timely care.
This position is field-based and will require extensive travel across blocks.

Who Are We Looking For?

Master's degree in Public Health, Health Management, Social Work, or a related field; OR Nursing with relevant public health experience.
3-5 years of experience in public health programme implementation.
Experience in NCDs, cancer screening, health systems strengthening, or community health programmes preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and programme coordination skills.
Familiarity with digital health platforms, monitoring systems, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Employment Terms

This is a third-party payroll position and is initially set till January 2028.
