?Life Project 4 Youth is a federation of 19 organizations in 14 countries whose mission is the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of Young people (18-25 yo) from extreme poverty and victims of exclusion.
LP4Y supports the decent inclusion of thousands of Young people and their families in 41 programs, 20 Life Project Centers, 4 Little Angel Academies, 6 Green Villages, 4 Youth hostels, 2 LP4Y Labs in South East Asia, South Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.
Over the past 10 years LP4Y has created solutions, always close to slum areas in large cities such as Manila, Cebu, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Calauan, Jakarta, New-Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Raipur, Chennai, Kathmandu, Yangon, Dhaka, and Beirut. Currently, we are 140 Catalysts in Asia working with Young Adults contributing to the development of their country. Since 2009, 9300 youth have been accompanied to the professional world.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Contract : local contract
Location :Chennai
Duration : 12 months (renewable)
Gender: Male (Preferred)
Age: 24–35 years
Languages Required: Fluent in English and Tamil
Salary: Rs 20,000 per month (Non-negotiable)

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up of current mobilization partners
- Prospecting, visits and meetings with new mobilization partners (Vocational Training Programs, Livelihood Colleges, NGOs, institutions, etc.)
- Assessment of the Youth's profile prior to the programme
- Ensure the success of the Youth's integration into the programme
- Training of Trainers (TOT): creation of new supports for TOT, management of TOT training, follow-up of trainers trained during TOT sessions
- Support for the management and the organization of the Green Village
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in English and Tamil (compulsory)
- Work experience in the corporate/NGO/institutional sector will be appreciated
- Basic knowledge in MS office (Google Suite, Google Drive, Gmail, etc)
- Organizational skills
- Critical thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an intercultural team
- Motivated and proactive profile who like challenges, volunteer spirit
- Ready to learn and grow

- The employee will be paid 20 000 INR/month through bank transfer (not negotiable).
