ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Physician (MBBS) to deliver high-quality primary care
consultations at our Indra Nagar clinic. The incumbent will be the first point of clinical contact for patients walking in
without prior appointments, conducting structured assessments, ordering diagnostics available in-house within 30
minutes, prescribing from our integrated pharmacy, and initiating follow-up care supported by our AI-powered
patient engagement system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct OPD consultations for walk-in patients across all age groups covering acute, sub-acute, and chronic
conditions.
• Take thorough clinical history, perform physical examination, and document findings accurately in the clinic's
digital health records.
• Order and interpret in-house diagnostic reports (CBC, blood sugar, lipids, urine analysis, ECG, etc.) delivered
within 30 minutes.
• Prescribe medications from the integrated hyperlocal pharmacy; ensure rational drug use and generic
prescription policy compliance.
• Identify patients requiring specialist referral and facilitate structured referrals through the Nirmala network.
• Collaborate with the AI care assistant to schedule and monitor patient follow-ups, medication reminders, and
chronic disease tracking.
• Participate in preventive health screening programmes, wellness camps, and health package delivery.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission)
health-record linkage norms.
• Support tele-consultation sessions as required and provide clinical oversight for home sample collection
cases.
• Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards per NMC guidelines at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Qualification MBBS from an MCI / NMC-recognised medical institution
Registration Valid registration with Uttar Pradesh Medical Council (UPMC) — mandatory
Experience Minimum 3 years of post-internship independent clinical practice (OPD/General Medicine
setting)
Preferred MD (General Medicine) or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage but not
mandatory
Language Proficiency in Hindi (essential) and working knowledge of English
Tech Comfortable with digital health records / EMR systems; willingness to use AI-assisted tools
Salary : Commensurate with Experience and qualification
