Manav Seva Sansthan (SEVA), established in 1988, is a grassroots NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized women and children across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. SEVA works in child protection, anti-trafficking, women’s empowerment, health, sustainable livelihoods, and climate resilience.

Position Summary

HR & Admin Officer (Female Candidate Only)

The HR & Admin Officer/Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s human resources, compliance, and administrative systems, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to legal frameworks, and a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff contracts.
•Manage payroll, leave records, performance evaluations, and staff welfare.
•Ensure compliance with labour laws, POSH Act, and organizational code of conduct.
•Support training, capacity building, and employee engagement initiatives.

Administration:
•Supervise office administration, logistics, travel, and procurement.
•Maintain organizational records, HRMIS, and filing systems.
•Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, etc.).
•Support audits, donor compliance, and reporting needs.
•Manage vendor contracts and office infrastructure.

Additional Preferred Skills
•Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, internet-based reporting systems, cloud storage, and digital documentation.
•Ability to prepare MIS reports, donor reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and maintain electronic records efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
•Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 5–7 years of HR/Admin experience in NGOs/INGOs.
•Strong knowledge of HR laws, labour regulations, and NGO compliance frameworks.
•Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital record-keeping.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
Competitive package in the range of Rs 2.0–3.0 lakh per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
