About the Role:
We are looking for a team of dynamic and motivated Project Coordinators to support the implementation of a large-scale community health initiative across multiple villages in Vadodara district. The role involves field coordination, stakeholder engagement, team supervision, beneficiary outreach, organising health camps, data management, reporting, and implementation monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of field activities across assigned villages.
• Support planning and execution of community outreach, household surveys, awareness campaigns, screening activities, and beneficiary engagement initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of field-level targets and project milestones.
Community Mobilization:
• Coordinate with village leaders, community groups, local institutions, frontline workers, and other stakeholders.
• Support identification, onboarding, and supervision of community volunteers.
• Mobilize beneficiaries for health camps, awareness sessions, and other project activities.
Team Coordination:
• Supervise and support community volunteers.
• Conduct regular field visits and review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project protocols and operational guidelines.
Referral & Follow-Up Coordination:
• Track beneficiaries requiring further services and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, institutions, and referral partners as required.
• Maintain records of beneficiary progress and outcomes.
Data Management & Reporting:
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection through digital platforms.
• Verify field records, beneficiary details, photographs, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain activity reports, attendance records, and field documentation.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with government departments, local institutions, healthcare facilities, and community stakeholders.
• Support organization of camps, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder events.
Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure informed consent and ethical conduct during field activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, Sociology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
• 3-4 years of experience in community development, public health, CSR, NGO, or social sector programs.
• Experience in field operations, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination preferred.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and community volunteers.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based data collection tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project locations.

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
