Career Opportunity: Digital Marketing & Communication Executive

Vidyaranya, a Bangalore-based non-profit organization working in the areas of education, community development, and social welfare, invites applications for the position of Digital Marketing & Communication Executive.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content, including posts, newsletters, blogs, photographs, videos, and impact stories.
• Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage website content and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Support donor communication, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives through effective storytelling.
• Document program activities, events, and success stories for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate with program teams to gather content and showcase project outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze social media and digital campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in the development of communication materials, presentations, brochures, and annual reports.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communications.
• Prior experience in the NGO/development sector will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital communication tools.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
