Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
The Hunger Project is looking for a Manager to lead its Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning portfolio. This is a full time position based out of Delhi with frequent travel to states with THP’s programs.
The position entails providing leadership and strategic direction to MEL team. The position requires a robust understanding and implementation experience of MEL systems, theories and methodologies; analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and related softwares.
The position involves designing, managing, reporting of impact of programmes and evaluations. Experience and knowledge of mobile-based MIS systems and dashboards is essential.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to process large amounts of information, extract critical analysis and write reports. Excellent verbal, written and communication in English and a working knowledge of Hindi is required.
Candidates are expected to possess a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, 7-8 years of working experience with at least 4-5 years in M&E related positions. Prior experience in programme management and implementation of 1-2 years in a non-profit is desirable.
