Job Description:
• Monitoring financial transactions & banking
• Undertaking Financial Administration
• Handling of Cash Transactions & payments
• Book-keeping, preparing accounts & reports
• Handling and preparation of budgets and financial statements of all government-grant funded residential home projects and Women’s Interlink Foundation corpus account.
• Administering Payroll, payment for invoices and requisition
• Ensuring compliance with taxation legislation
• Advising on and controlling income and expenditure budgets
• Calculating end of Year Accounts
• Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and donors/ grant givers
• Working with CAG auditor to ensure financial compliance
• Ensuring release of grants timely, liasioning with District authorities for smooth process of work.
