MIS cum Accountant
Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records of the Goshala Project and overall foundation activities.
Work proficiently on Tally software for voucher entry, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, GST, and financial reporting.
Develop and manage MIS (Management Information System) – generate timely reports on project expenses, budgets, donations, inventory (fodder, medicines, etc.), and donor compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, utilization certificates, and reports for donors/government.
Handle petty cash, payments, receipts, and documentation for audits.
Support project team in budgeting, fund utilization tracking, and statutory compliances
