Assistant Programme Officer Requirement at Jan Shikshan Sansthan Begusarai

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
Preference may be given to candidates with:
Post Graduation
Social Work
Rural Development
Management
Skill Development background

Experience
1–3 years experience in:
Skill development programmes
Community mobilisation
NGO/Government projects
Training centre coordination
Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also be considered

Essential Skills
MS Office and computer knowledge
Data entry and portal handling
Report preparation and documentation
Good communication skills
Field coordination and mobilisation
Ability to work in rural and field areas

Major Responsibilities
Conduct survey and beneficiary mobilisation
Coordinate training centres and batches
Maintain training records and registers
Upload data on JSS portal
Assist in assessment and certification activities
Supervise training activities and field visits
Prepare reports, success stories, and documentation
Coordinate with SHGs, PRIs, and local stakeholders
Support Director and Programme Officer in daily activities

Additional Requirements
Local candidate preferred
Two-wheeler and field mobility preferred
Knowledge of social media and digital reporting desirable
Willingness for extensive field work

Salary Range

Generally between Rs 15,000 – 20,000 per month on contractual basis depending on qualification and experience.
