Originating from a social service movement active since 2015, the foundation works in the areas of food security, education support, healthcare assistance, women empowerment, child welfare, and community development. The organization is registered under 12A and 80G and actively collaborates with volunteers, donors, and corporate partners to support underprivileged communities through sustainable social initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the foundation’s digital outreach and community engagement efforts through social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Creating and scheduling social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
• Writing captions, hashtags, and short content in Hindi and English.
• Designing basic creatives and assisting with short reels/videos.
• Responding to messages, comments, and engagement activities.
• Maintaining a content calendar and posting schedule.
• Coordinating with the foundation team to collect photos, videos, and impact stories from ongoing projects and events.
• Assisting in promoting campaigns, volunteer drives, fundraising initiatives, and CSR activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Female candidate.
• Graduate, undergraduate, or final-year student.
• Good written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Working knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
• Basic photo/video editing skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in social media management is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement
• Part-time (2–4 hours per day).
• Work from home / Hybrid (Indore preferred).

Compensation
• Rs 5,000 – Rs 10,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and availability.
