At 24x7 Care Foundation, a trusted name since 2015 in elderly support and community building working in official collaboration with Delhi Police, we are looking for a Field Research Officer to join our mission.Together we can contribute to meaningful change through a role that combines purpose, compassion, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Survey & Need Assessment
Conduct field surveys to identify the needs and challenges of senior citizens and communities.
Analyze data to create actionable strategies for interventions.
2.Event Management
Organize and execute community-building events, awareness campaigns, and other initiatives.
3.Collaboration & Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, RWAs, stakeholders, and other associations to amplify impact.
4.Ensuring Essential Supplies
Coordinate and deliver essential items like ration, medicines, and other necessities to elderly individuals requiring special care.
5. Community Engagement
Foster relationships in slum areas to build trust and create supportive communities.
6.Grievance Redressal
Address grievances of senior citizens by connecting them to legal assistance and drafting effective letters/emails.
7.Hospital Assistance
Provide on-ground support to elderly individuals for hospital visits, treatments, and follow-ups.
8.Rescue & Restoration
Lead efforts in rescuing abandoned or neglected elderly individuals and restoring them to safe environments.
9.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain thorough records of activities, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to organizational goals with insightful documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
Passion for community service and empathy for elderly individuals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in social work, event management, or field coordination is a plus.
Preference:
Residents of Delhi
Have their own vehicle
Skilled with both Field Work and Computer Proficiency
Social Work Background

Qualification:
Bachelor’s in any discipline from a recognized university
