Job Title: Health Worker-cum-Facilitator
Project: Anemia Reduction through Awareness and Package of Interventions - A Multi-Sectoral, Community-Driven Approach
Location: Bharno Block, Gumla District, Jharkhand
No. of Positions: 08
Salary: 12,000/- per month
Project Duration: FY 2026-27

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Intermediate (10+2) pass; Graduate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in community mobilization, health, nutrition, women and child development, or related social sector programs.
Knowledge of local language and community dynamics.
Age Requirement
20-35 years

Key Responsibilities
Conduct household visits and identify beneficiaries, especially adolescent girls, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
Facilitate awareness sessions on anemia prevention, nutrition, health, hygiene, and healthy dietary practices.
Support implementation of project activities at village and community levels.
Mobilize community members for health camps, screening activities, meetings, and training programs.
Coordinate with frontline workers, SHGs, village committees, schools, and health institutions.
Maintain beneficiary records and submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
Support monitoring, follow-up, and referral of identified anemia cases.
Assist in distribution and tracking of project-supported interventions.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work extensively in rural communities.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel within the project area.

Candidate must be willing to join within one week of selection.
