SThree Welfare Services Foundation (STSF) is a Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh based section 8 Not-for- profit organization registered under The Indian Companies Act, 2013. It is established by a team of seasoned professionals from diverse sectors. STSF is a service-driven platform offering a diverse range of solutions tailored to the needs of various clients in the social development & Corporate Social Responsibility space. STSF is built on the principles of collaboration and strategic synergy, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions. Its foundation is rooted in a deep understanding of social issues and service-driven requirements, making it a committed partner in fostering meaningful development.

STSF is implementing a statewide Financial Literacy Campaign in Uttar Pradesh aimed at helping families understand the importance of financial planning, savings, insurance, and long-term wealth creation. The campaign seeks to empower families to make informed financial decisions and adopt appropriate financial products to secure their future.

STSF is hiring Financial Advisor across Uttar Pradesh, and they will be implementing campaign in their own preferred blocks/districts. Each Financial Advisor will be responsible for a designated block/district and will work closely with local communities to promote financial awareness and facilitate access to suitable financial products.

Key Responsibilities
The Financial Advisor are expected to lead following responsibilities.
* Conduct financial literacy group sessions and one to one session in villages, towns, educational institutions, community centres, and workplaces.
* Educate families on Goal-based financial planning, Emergency fund creation, Savings and investment habits, insurance and risk protection.
* Maintain a database of prospective clients. Identify potential families interested in financial planning services, and register them to receive financial literacy services.
* Conduct needs assessments and financial profiling of families, and provide basic financial guidance and refer suitable financial solutions.
* Facilitate families in accessing suitable financial products such as: SIP in Mutual Fund, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, etc, and support clients in documentation and onboarding processes.
* Coordinate with local institutions, NGOs, self-help groups, schools, colleges, and community leaders.
* Submit monthly activity reports. Maintain records of awareness sessions conducted. Track families reached, prospects generated, and product conversions. Update campaign MIS and reporting systems regularly.

Monthly Performance Targets and Honorarium
This is a performance-based engagement. A minimum honorarium may be provided subject to achievement of minimum activity targets. Financial Advisors will be paid monthly honorarium @ Rs. 500 per families if these families are registered for our services.

Eligibility Criteria
The interested candidate must have followings eligibility to apply for the position.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication, relationship building, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Digital reporting skill.
* Ethical conduct and self-value
* Ability to work independently in the assigned block/district.
* Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
* Smartphone and internet access.
* Ready to work on target-based honorarium model.
* Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, mutual funds, sales, and community mobilization.
* Strong local network within the block/district.
