Eligibility Criteria : Age: 25-35 years

Nature of Engagement : Purely Contractual basis( initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance & project requirement)
*Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bhubaneswar

Qualification:
*Graduate from a recognized University.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
*Good typing speed in English (Odia typing will be an added advantage).
*Knowledge of internet, e-mail, data entry and office documentation.
*Content Designing
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Relevant work experience in office administration/computer operations will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
*Data entry and maintenance of office records of the NGO.
*Preparation of letters, reports, statements and official correspondence.
*Handling e-mail communication and digital records.
*Maintaining files, registers and documentation.
*Assisting in programme implementation and office administration.
*Managing office stationery and maintaining office equipment records.
*Performing any other duties assigned by the Director/Chairman of the NGO.

Emoluments
10,000/- per month (Consolidated).
No additional perks.

Place of Posting : Satyabhamapur, Bhubaneswar
