Purpose
Promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of school students through health education, counselling, and coordinated support services.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct health awareness sessions on nutrition, hygiene, substance abuse, and healthy lifestyles.
* Provide basic counselling and emotional support; identify students facing stress, anxiety, bullying, or behavioural issues.
* Organize individual/group counselling and life skills activities (resilience, self-esteem, stress management).
* Orient teachers on recognizing emotional/behavioural concerns; run parent awareness sessions on adolescent mental health.
* Coordinate referrals to mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and district education authorities.
* Coordinate and organize community-level health camps in collaboration with local doctors and healthcare teams; provide logistical and technical support to local doctors during camp activities.
* Maintain confidential records and prepare monthly reports.

Qualifications: MSW, Counselling, or related Master's degree. Prior experience in school health, counselling, or child development preferred.

Skills: Counselling, child/adolescent engagement, child safeguarding, community health coordination, report writing, basic computer proficiency.
