Position: District Admission & Outreach Officer (Drone Pilot Project)
Organization: National Skills & Environment Protection Foundation (Sampaati Aerospace)
Location: All Districts of Jharkhand

About the Role

NSEPF's Sampaati Aerospace is seeking motivated and result-oriented professionals to support the promotion and enrollment of candidates for Drone Pilot Training programs. The selected candidate will serve as the district-level representative responsible for outreach, counseling, lead generation, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with prospective students, job seekers, farmers, entrepreneurs, and professionals interested in drone technology and training.

* Conduct awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, presentations, and outreach activities in schools, colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, coaching institutes, CSCs, and community organizations.

* Generate and nurture leads to achieve monthly admission targets.

* Explain career opportunities in the drone industry and guide candidates through the admission process.

* Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, training centers, NGOs, and youth groups.

* Maintain records of leads, inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions.

* Coordinate regularly with the Sampaati Aerospace admissions team.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in admissions, counseling, sales, marketing, business development, training, or community outreach will be an advantage.
* Familiarity with the local district and existing networks is desirable.
* Basic smartphone and internet usage skills are required.

* Fixed remuneration plus performance-based incentives.

This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate measurable results.

* Fixed remuneration shall be applicable only upon achievement of the prescribed minimum monthly admission target.

* In cases where the minimum target is not achieved, compensation will be calculated solely on the basis of actual admissions secured by the candidate, as per the approved incentive structure.

* No admissions will result in no remuneration for the respective period.

* Any reimbursement, operational support, travel allowance, or other expenses shall be considered only against demonstrated, result-oriented performance and in accordance with company policy.
