Salary: 20,000 a month
We are looking for a creative and passionate Photographer & Content Creator who can travel with our team and document events, programs, field activities, and people through photographs and videos.
Key Requirements
1. Photography
* Good observation and timing.
* Strong sense of composition and framing.
* Ability to capture natural expressions and important moments.
* Good photo-editing skills.
* Ability to understand an event and capture its story through photographs.
2. Content & Communication
* Good written Hindi and English.
* Good copywriting and caption-writing skills.
* Ability to create content for different audiences and platforms.
* Basic understanding of the social sectors.
3. Technical Skills
* Canva.
* Photoshop and other Adobe tools will be an advantage.
* CapCut / InShot / Filmora.
* Basic knowledge of social media management tools.
4. Photography & Videography
* Good mobile photography and videography skills.
* Ability to shoot and edit reels and short videos.
* Interview recording and documentation.
* Ability to create visual content for social media and reports.

Travel & Field Work
The candidate will need to travel frequently with the team, mainly across Uttar Pradesh and occasionally outside the state. Flexibility during trips and events is important.
The work may include covering:
* Social and community events
* Public programs
* Political activities
* School programs
* Community work
* Portraits and people-focused stories
