Title / Position : Executive Assistant to CEO

Reporting To : CEO

Engagement Type : Full time and on-site

Job Location : Delhi

The role will require accompanying the CEO locally in Delhi as and when required and on visits to other states, if required.

Role : Executive assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO in the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. He/she is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and managing the CEO's calendar and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication.
• Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and various departments within the organization.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and other relevant documents.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the managing director's business trips.
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
• Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
• Manage and prioritize the CEO's tasks and deadlines, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of BYST events, board meetings, and other highlevel gatherings.
• Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO as and when required.
• Provide other administrative support as required to ensure seamless operations

Desired candidate’s profile:
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication skills with high level of proficiency in computer. He/she should be able to perform under pressure and flexible with work timings.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferred) in the similar role.
• Age Group : Preferably above 30 Years and below 35 years
• Sex : Male/Female
• Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant at a senior management level.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Expertise in using MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Previous experience in handling travel arrangements and itineraries is a plus.2
• Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive and proactive approach.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule and urgent requests.

Salary : 40-50 K PM
