Job Purpose
The Technical Expert – Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical planning, design, and execution of NRM and agriculture-related infrastructure, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and sustainability across all interventions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical site selection for water conservation and NRM structures
• Prepare and validate detailed estimates, designs, and technical drawings
• Oversee technical supervision and monitoring of all field activities
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to design specifications
• Conduct and verify work measurements and maintain Measurement Book (MB)
• Maintain and audit all technical documentation and records
• Provide technical leadership and capacity building to field teams
• Support planning and scaling of NRM and agriculture infrastructure interventions
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil/ Agriculture Engineering or related field
• Minimum5-10 years of experience in NRM, watershed, or agriculture infrastructure projects
• Strong command over estimation, structural design, and field execution
• Proven experience in Measurement Book (MB) management and technical audits
• Ability to independently manage multi-site rural projects
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

Compensation
• Rs 35,000 – Rs 40,000 per month
