Key Responsibilities
• Lead and implement strategic CSR fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, donors, and funding agencies
• Identify and secure funding opportunities from CSR, trusts, foundations, and institutional donors
• Prepare compelling proposals, concept notes, donor presentations, reports, and communication materials
• Drive organizational branding, outreach, visibility, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor meetings, partnership events, and strategic communications
• Achieve annual fundraising targets of ?2–3 Crores through effective partnership development and donor engagement
Eligibility & Experience
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, Communications, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional experience in CSR fundraising and resource mobilization
• Demonstrated expertise in proposal development, donor engagement, partnership building, and strategic communication
• Excellent networking, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Prior experience in NGO/CSR/social development sector will be highly preferred
