Scope of Work
The service provider shall undertake the following activities related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) compliance, awareness, sensitization, and Internal Committee (IC/ICC) capacity building:
1. Conduct Sexual Harassment Awareness and Training Sessions for Employees (In-Person)
- Deliver awareness and training sessions for employees on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act and workplace conduct requirements.
2. Conduct Sexual Harassment Awareness and Training Sessions for Employees (Virtual)
- Facilitate online awareness and training sessions for employees on PoSH-related provisions, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms.
3. Conduct Training Sessions for Internal Committee (IC/ICC) Members (In-Person)
- Provide specialized training to Internal Committee members on legal provisions, inquiry procedures, documentation requirements, and case handling.
4. Conduct Training Sessions for Internal Committee (IC/ICC) Members (Virtual)
- Deliver virtual capacity-building sessions for Internal Committee members covering their roles, responsibilities, and investigation processes.
5. Conduct Gender Sensitization Programmes for Employees and IC/ICC Members (In-Person)
- Organize interactive sessions to promote gender sensitivity, inclusion, respectful workplace behaviour, and prevention of discrimination.
6. Conduct Gender Sensitization Programmes for Employees and IC/ICC Members (Virtual)
- Facilitate online gender sensitization sessions aimed at strengthening awareness and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
7. Reviewing, Amending and/or Drafting Policies
Review existing policies and provide recommendations or drafting support for:
- Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Policy
- Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse/Child Safeguarding Policy
- Related workplace safeguarding and compliance frameworks
8. Review of Annual Report
- Review the annual PoSH report and provide inputs to ensure statutory compliance and reporting accuracy.
9. Documentation and Report Writing for Complaints
- Provide support in documentation, case records management, inquiry-related reporting, and preparation of reports pertaining to complaints handled by the Internal Committee.
Deliverables
- Training and sensitization sessions for employees and IC/ICC members.
- Updated or newly drafted policies and compliance documents.
- Review observations and recommendations on annual reporting.
- Complaint-related documentation and inquiry reports, as required.
- Session reports and support materials, where applicable.
We request you to review the enclosed scope and submit your detailed financial proposal, including applicable taxes and any other associated costs, for the services outlined in the SoW.
Kindly share your commercial proposal with us on or before 15 June 2026 to enable us to initiate the procurement process and complete the necessary internal approvals.
