Job Description: Programme Assistant:
Palli Sanjibani is looking for a Programme Assistant to support programme coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. The role involves assisting the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), coordinating with offices, donors, partners, and supporting field visits and programme planning.

Key Responsibilities:
>Assist in preparation of reports, documents, proposals, and official communication.
>Coordinate meetings, office visits, donor/partner interactions, and follow-ups.
>Support planning of travel schedules, field visits, and programme activities.
>Maintain project records and documentation.
>Handle basic computer work including MS Office, data entry, and online communication.
>Support smooth implementation of organisational programmes and activities.

Qualification & Skills Required:
>Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with MSW / MRD background will be preferred.
>Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in NGO, development sector, administration, or coordination roles.
>Good knowledge of MS Office, documentation, email communication, and online tools.
>Good communication and coordination skills.
>Willingness to travel for official work and field visits.
