Samarpan, a registered voluntary organization working for the welfare and development of children, women, youth and marginalized communities since 2006, invites applications from qualified and committed candidates for the implementation of the SMILE Project (Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Persons Engaged in the Act of Begging) in Deoghar District, Jharkhand.

The following positions are available:

Project Manager – 01 Position

Qualification & Experience:

* Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)/Sociology/Rural
* Development/Psychology or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 years' experience in managing social development projects.
* Experience in project planning, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination and team management.
* Good communication and computer skills.

Honorarium: 20,000/- per month

2. Counselor – 01 Position

Qualification & Experience:

* Master's Degree in Psychology/MSW with Counseling experience.
* Minimum 1 years' experience in counseling vulnerable groups.
* Experience in psycho-social support, rehabilitation and case management preferred.

Honorarium: 15,000/- per month
3. Bridge Course Coordinator – 01 Position

Qualification & Experience:

* Graduate/Post Graduate with experience in non-formal education, bridge education or rehabilitation programs.
* Ability to work with vulnerable children, adolescents and adults.
Good documentation and communication skills.

Honorarium: 15,000/- per month

4. Aaya Didi / Caretaker – 01 Position

Qualification & Experience:

* Minimum Class VIII pass.
* Experience in residential care institutions, shelter homes, childcare institutions or similar settings preferred.
* Compassionate and responsible attitude toward beneficiaries.

Honorarium: 15,000/- per month

5. Cook – 02 Positions

Qualification & Experience:

* Experience in community or institutional cooking.
* Ability to maintain hygiene and prepare nutritious meals.

Honorarium: 8,000/- per month

6. Security Guard – 03 Positions

Qualification & Experience:

* Minimum Class VIII pass.
* Experience in security services preferred.
* Ability to work in shifts.

Honorarium: 8,000/- per month
