Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or Candidates from related fields such as Sociology, Psychology, Community Development, Rural Development, Public Administration, or Humanities may also apply.
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:
The Program Associate will play a key role in planning, implementing, monitoring, and supporting community development programs. The position requires extensive coordination with educational institutions, corporate partners, beneficiaries, volunteers, and community stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Institutional Collaborations and Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, NGOs, community groups, and other institutions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
Support the development of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), partnership agreements, and collaboration proposals.
Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
Assist in creating opportunities for internships, volunteer engagement, placement drives, and institutional outreach programs.
2. Field Visits and Program Execution
Conduct regular field visits to project locations across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Monitor ongoing programs and ensure activities are implemented according to project objectives.
Interact directly with beneficiaries, community members, volunteers, and local leaders.
Facilitate workshops, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
Collect field data, beneficiary feedback, and success stories.
Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure timely execution of project activities while maintaining quality standards.
3. Marketing and Outreach
Assist in promoting organizational programs, campaigns, and events through online and offline channels.
Coordinate community outreach initiatives to increase participation and awareness.
Support social media campaigns, content creation, and communication efforts.
Conduct presentations in educational institutions and community settings.
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and outreach kits.
Assist in volunteer recruitment, internship engagement, and stakeholder mobilization.
Build visibility for the organization's initiatives among potential partners, donors, and beneficiaries.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of project activities, beneficiary data, attendance, and field reports.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reports.
Document case studies, impact stories, testimonials, and project outcomes.
Ensure proper maintenance of project files, databases, and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing donor reports, grant documentation, and program updates.
Track project indicators and support monitoring and evaluation processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
Support event planning, coordination, and execution.
Assist in volunteer and intern management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning.
Maintain professional relationships with community stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Support fundraising, CSR engagement, and community mobilization activities when required.
Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned to support organizational objectives.
